4Adent specializes in the manufacturing of orthodontic raw materials, specifically aligner sheets. We have integrated state-of-the-art production equipment and comprehensive testing facilities, housing one of the world's largest production lines dedicated exclusively to aligner sheets. Presently, our facility features multiple fully automated production lines that cater to a variety of sheet types, including customized production options. This enables the manufacturing of PETG sheets, TPU sheets, and multi-layer sheets composed of composite materials, accommodating diverse thicknesses, sizes, and configurations.
