DLYTE 10D

DLyte 10D is the second largest dry electropolishing compact machine for dental laboratories. DLyte 10D is suitable to polish any casting, sintered, or milled dental pieces. It offers high-quality polishing for cobalt-chrome (CoCr) and titanium for all types of spacers, crowns, bars, anatomical structures, implants, and orthodontic supports. This machine can process 6 RPDs, 12 crowns, or up to 8 bars per working cycle, with an average of processing time from 45 to 60 minutes (this time can be reduced to 35 minutes with abrasive and vibratory pre-treatment). Its automatic one-step process reduces the complexity of current multistep process substituting electrolytic bath and labor, therefore saving costs and time, while achieving traceable and predictable results. An anti-vibratory system, a cathode set, and a holder checking tool are included.
