Monomyd is a polyamide (Nylon 6.0) monofilament uniquely suited for
dental surgery, offering excellent handling, softness, and biocompatibilityqualities that are uncommon in traditional monofilaments.
The smooth, uniform surface of Monomyd facilitates easy passage
through tissues. With its high water resistance, biocompatibility, and
minimal tissue reactivity, Monomyd significantly reduces inflammatory
responses and maintains stability, resisting enzymatic degradation in
the oral cavity. Its low plaque adhesion rate makes it one of the most
hygienic suture options available, allowing for potentially extended
removal times compared to conventional sutures. The blue color also
ensures high visibility during procedures.

Indications: Suitable for periodontal and implant surgery, release incisions,
microsurgery, suturing of infected sites, and for fixation and stabilization
of absorbable membranes.
