Electrolysis Disinfection System for Dental unit

Puges-Continuous,chemical free disinfection solution for Dental Waterlines. The disinfection process is free of added chemicals. The unique use of free chlorine produced by Puges from tap water as disinfectant is both ecological and safe for the patient and user.

-Disinfected water
In order to control biofilm in dental waterlines, freshly generated free chlorine must be distributed in the waterlines. The treated water will not be harmful to the health of patients or dentists, as the water still will meet the requirements to drinking water quality.
Continuous Control of Microorganisms in Dental Waterlines
Regrowth of biofilm will happen as soon as the stressor is gone. Continuous stress with a biocide will prevent biofilm from shedding of bacteria to the water.

Harmless Solution Disinfection System
-Puges uses electrolysis to convert water to hypochlorous acid directly in the water stream.Hypochlorous acid can enter the bacteria and kill them.No waste water produced for environmental protection.

-The treated water will not be harmful to the health of patients or dentists, as the water still will meet the requirements to drinking water quality given by World Health Organization. Safe for consumption, skin contact, inhalation and environment.

-Disinfection factor containing chlorine is controlled within a safe concentration range before the tap water leaves the waterworks that will not bring corrsion and damage to the tubings, valves and joints of dental units or instruments.

What Puges can do:

Remove larger particles.
Remove calcium to soften the water.
Disinfect dental unit waterlines automatically.
0.01μm filter can also remove residual bacteria to ensure an effective disinfection against microorganisms and biofilm.
