BXL5

BXL5 is for labs and a dry and/or wet type milling machine for materials such as Zirconia, PMMA, PEEK, WAX, Composite hybrid Resin, Sintering metal, Pre-Mill Abutment(Titanium Blank), Glass Ceramics(Lithium Disilicate), etc., featuring the following functions.

1. Custom Abutment (Occlusal Surface Machining) : BXL5 can address complex processes and procedures for customized shifts that are perfectly suited to the patient. With the possibility of the connector cutting it eliminates the complicated post-processing processes. Therefore, it is possible to compete with an integral prosthesis through alternating milling and glass ceramic that can accurately express grooves. 

2. Temporary Tooth & Hybrid Resin : Temporary teeth without undercuts can be processed and can be used immediately, resulting in high patient satisfaction. Hybrid Resin can be processed too.

3. Glass Ceramic Milling for inlay, onlay, crown & veneer : Unlike other CAM/CAD milling machines that can only be milled one at a time, up to five glass ceramics can be processed with BXL5, which increases the efficiency of treating multiple patients at once.

4. Simultaneous 5-Axis & Half Jig : Use the half jig and simultaneous 5-axis motion to create more free tilting angle. Minimize undercuts during milling to ensure high quality and precision without correction after milling. When milling the front part of the material, 90 degree milling is also possible.
